Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you complete control over your e-mail accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can set up a brand new email account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and shield your mailboxes against spam e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailboxes against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming email messages based on specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one electronic mail account to another, or even to a number of other mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail account you wish to redirect e-mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choice to access your mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
